Andersen Corporation is seeking a Concierge to join our Capital Region team. The Concierge will focus on providing Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner.

They will partner with sales reps and other departments to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. Responsibilities include building homeowner files, scheduling measures and installs, coordinating with scheduling teams, resolving paperwork issues, and following up post-installation to

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office software.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
• Organized

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Create homeowner’s job file.
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, install date, and reminders.
• Work with Retail Service Reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner’s job through the process.
• Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.
• Conduct post-install phone call and survey.
• Resolve any post-install situations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
