Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, part of Andersen Corporation, is seeking a Concierge in the Capital Region to be the single point of contact for homeowners. You will partner with sales reps and other departments to provide a customized level of communication for every homeowner.

You will build relationships, manage job files, schedule measures and installations, coordinate with scheduling teams, assist with paperwork issues, and conduct post-install surveys to ensure a smooth post-install experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner.
• Create homeowner's job file.
• Schedule homeowners' technical measure, install date, and reminders.
• Work with Retail Service Reps and scheduling teams to move the homeowner's job through the process.
• Work with sales reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-progress.
• Conduct post-install phone call and survey.
• Resolve any post-install situations.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
