Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Seattle to deliver hospitality to residents and guests on a full-time basis. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and vendors, handle inquiries, log maintenance requests, and coordinate arrivals of guests and vendors across on-site operations.

The role requires a high school diploma, front desk/concierge experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Front Office/Concierge experience in hotel, residential or customer facing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handles all customer interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Be sufficient in all programs required to manage residential desk needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries related to services, hours of operation, key personnel, events, and directions.
• Communicate feedback from residents to Property Manager and other departments.
• Log maintenance requests, elevator reservations, and general inquiries to ensure efficient reception experiences.
• Coordinate arrival of vendors, guests, deliveries, and assist with directing them to appropriate departments and locations on-site and in the parking garage.
