Job summary

Onni in Seattle is seeking a Guest Services Agent to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, manage reservations, provide accurate information about rooms, rates, and available amenities, and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience that reflects our service standards.

You will handle guest inquiries, resolve issues with professionalism, coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere across the lobby.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Front Office/Concierge experience in hotel, residential or customer focused industry.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows required.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests.
• Resolves customer complaints and assists with inquiries about services, hours, personnel, events, and directions.
• Responds to guest requests promptly, using local knowledge and established practices to make recommendations.
• Ensures efficient reception with check-in/check-out and audit procedures.
• Communicates feedback from guests to the Guest Service Manager and other departments.
