Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles preferred
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to read, analyze, and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and guest interactions
• Schedule amenity space for residents
• Handle deliveries and monitor building security
• Coordinate requests via property intranet service
• Communicate updates to team and management in a timely manner
• Respond to resident and guest requests within 24 hours
