Job summary

Seabreeze Management seeks a part-time Concierge to provide high-quality resident services across communities. You will open/close facilities, greet residents, assist with events, manage calendars, and coordinate room reservations while maintaining a guest-focused atmosphere.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; a hospitality background and proficiency with Outlook and Word are preferred; two years of hospitality

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor, serving as an ambassador for the company.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems in standard situations.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and procedural manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions when needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open facility at start of day, prep for residents, and secure the building at night.
• Greet residents by name; provide a responsive, courteous guest experience.
• Assist in signing residents up for events and coordinate club activities.
• Read pass-on logs, update daily, and maintain the concierge book and notices.
• Prepare flyers, update newsletters, and post events on community boards.
• Provide administrative support, handle photocopying, scanning, and mail tasks.
