You will be the primary contact for day-to-day resident needs, assist with access control, gather feedback, support community events, and uphold security standards. Availability Thursday through Monday 7:30am–3:30pm; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized concierge services to residents, including coordinating deliveries, transportation, reservations, and special requests with a focus on hospitality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day resident needs, ensuring a warm, welcoming environment and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Manage access control with discretion, assisting guests, vendors, and contractors while upholding building security and privacy standards.
• Liaise with property management to relay resident feedback, track amenity usage, and support community events or on-site programs.
