Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a responsive Concierge to provide high quality resident services at Sun City communities. You will greet residents by name, manage front desk duties, schedule events, assist with memberships, and coordinate with lifestyle staff to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

This role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor as an ambassador for the company.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Open facility at start of day and prepare beverage bar for residents.
• Acknowledge and greet residents, assisting owners with doors and access.
• Assist in signing residents up for events and coordinate calendar updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and work station.
• Provide administrative support and handle resident requests with discretion.
