The role reports to the Regional Director - Operations with direct oversight of associates and maintenance staff. Strong leadership, budgeting, and development skills are essential in a dynamic property environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in property management roles.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy targets and NOI.
• Analyze financials, manage budgets, and forecast decisions.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations activities.
