Landmark Properties is seeking an Associate Community Manager to lead leasing and marketing efforts, drive occupancy, and maintain professional standards in resident interactions. You will prepare marketing plans, monitor reports, ensure compliance with Fair Housing, and manage data in Entrata.

This role emphasizes guest follow-up, events, communication with residents and university partners, and coordination with maintenance and on-site staff to deliver a best-in-class living experience.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: Prepare marketing plans and develop new strategies and programs designed to meet occupancy goals
• Prepare/monitor daily and weekly leasing reports to make pricing recommendations for rent growth
• Ensure leasing staff comply with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures
• Enter data in Entrata accurately for quality follow-up
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives
• Generate and track traffic of prospective residents using effective marketing techniques
• Close sales: arrange appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model and traffic follow-up
• Complete materials like market surveys, marketing calendars, guest cards, service requests on time
• Update all social media channels regularly to promote the property
• Oversee renewal kick-off, planning events and Community Ambassador zone walks
• Maintain confidentiality of client, resident, and company information
• Attend staff meetings and adhere to Landmark Properties policies
• Understand lease documents and communicate them clearly to residents and parents
• Participate in move-in/move-out activities
• Manage time efficiently and assist in corporate projects
• Maximize revenue and occupancy and operate within the marketing budget
• Train leasing staff on campus marketing and lease review
• Communicate with residents, prospective residents, clients, and vendors to exceed expectations
• Create and distribute monthly newsletters and resident communications
• Coordinate roommate mediation and resolve resident conflicts respecting individual differences
• Assist in property turn planning and conduct quarterly inspections for maintenance issues
• Identify and report safety risks; participate in emergency planning and response
• Drive limited travel as needed for company business
