This full-time role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, coordinating with leasing staff and campus partners to drive traffic and rentals while upholding company policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
• Prepare daily/weekly leasing reports to guide pricing and rent growth.
• Ensure leasing staff comply with Fair Housing laws and corporate procedures.
• Enter data accurately in Entrata for reliable follow-up.
• Generate leads, conduct property tours, and close sales.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out activities and renewals.
• Maintain confidentiality of client, resident, and company information.
• Assist in corporate projects and manage time efficiently.
