Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness of our apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds, and to support the make-ready process under the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year of housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software proficiency.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment community facilities and common areas daily.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain cleanliness.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders promptly.
• Enforce community rules and uphold property policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold safety standards.
