Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee the financial operations of a residential community in Marietta, GA. The role supports the Community Manager in rent collection, financial reporting, and daily cash handling using Yardi/OneSite/Entrata.

The candidate will review delinquent accounts, manage invoices, and assist in ensuring lease compliance and revenue optimization while maintaining high resident satisfaction and teamwork with the onsite staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial operations: collecting and posting rent, deposits, reconciliations, and reports.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) accurately.
• Reviews resident files for delinquencies and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Reviews and submits vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with management and owners.
