Job summary

Greystar in Atlanta seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks for a 354-unit midrise community. You will handle daily rent processing, deposits, and reports, while ensuring lease terms and collections are enforced within our software platforms.

Join a team focused on resident satisfaction, effective on-site supervision, vendor coordination, and collaboration with owners to optimize revenue and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in residence life or property management with customer service exposure.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect rents and payments, process deposits, and prepare financial reports.
• Operate property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and ensure data accuracy.
• Review resident files to identify unpaid fees and enforce lease terms.
• Process vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Assist in evictions per approved procedures and manage move-outs.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts and greet prospective residents.
