Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Residential Driver to operate heavy-duty trucks and collect residential waste or recyclables. You will transport materials to disposal or recycling facilities when near legal load capacity and navigate congested urban areas with a focus on safety.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspections, reporting incidents, and following DOT and OSHA rules. A Class A or B CDL with air-brake endorsement and at least 1 year of driving recent experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education described as none required.
• 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age, legally eligible to work in the United States, with a Class A or B CDL and air-brake endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks for residential waste collection.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe situations or issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings.
• Ensure route efficiencies and safety compliance.
• Communicate customer requests and leave properties clean.
