The role requires a CDL, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong customer service. You will perform inspections, document route activities, and support on-site safety initiatives in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Ability to operate residential/recycling collection trucks and related equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a residential/recycling collection truck on assigned route.
• Load waste and recyclables into the vehicle and ensure secure loading.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required reports.
• Identify and tag prohibited waste items and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure routine maintenance awareness.
