Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers. The Residential Driver operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, overseeing helpers and performing pre-/post-trip checks to ensure safe, efficient service. The role emphasizes courteous customer service and adherence to DOT guidelines.

In addition, drivers participate in daily vehicle maintenance and complete required documentation. A $10,000 driver award program is highlighted as part of employee recognition.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid CDL Class A or B for the state of assignment.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Understand DOT regulations for CMVs.
• Able to read and communicate in English.
• Demonstrates safe driving and vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives on pre-established routes and dumps garbage on schedule.
• Provides courteous, expeditious customer service during refuse operations.
• Ensures proper pickup and transfer of garbage and recyclables.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Maintains truck cleanliness and conducts routine checks.
• Supervises helpers on the assigned route and ensures safety.
