Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Residential Driver to operate heavy‑duty trucks and collect residential waste or recyclables. The driver will transport material to disposal, transfer, or recycling facilities and safely navigate residential areas, traffic, driveways, and lots.

Responsibilities include performing vehicle inspections, reporting unsafe conditions, and working with the Route Manager to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: None Required.
• Experience: 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle according to Life Critical Rules, OSHA and DOT requirements and all laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks via DVIR.
• Reports unsafe situations or service-related issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attends and participates in scheduled training programs and meetings.
• Works with Route Manager to improve route efficiencies.
• Notifies Route Manager of incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage.
• Notifies Route Manager or Dispatch of service interruptions or hazards.
• Communicates customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Dumps all receptacles and leaves the location clean.
• Follows route assignments and completes end-of-day documentation.
• Performs duties as scheduled and assists other drivers as needed.
• Maintains positive work environment with customers, vendors, co-workers and management.
