Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Residential Driver in Ohio to operate heavy-duty trucks for residential waste collection and recycling. You will transport materials to disposal or transfer facilities when reaching capacity and navigate in residential areas safely, including heavy traffic and tight driveways.

Responsibilities include pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting safety issues, attending trainings, and working with the Route Manager to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks for residential waste collection in accordance with safety rules and local laws.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Report unsafe conditions or issues to Route Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend training programs and collaborate with Route Manager to improve routes.
• Communicate customer requests to Dispatch or Route Manager.
• Dump all receptacles and leave the site clean and debris-free.
• Follow route assignments and complete end-of-day documentation.
