Verland is seeking a Residential Manager to lead operations for our CLA division in Bethel Park, PA. The role involves training, scheduling, and supervising direct care staff to meet residents’ needs in a 24/7 on-call, salaried position.

Emphasis on safety, compliance, and documentation across homes. The Manager ensures programs are followed, maintains incident reports, and coordinates with the Program Specialist to optimize care and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supervising direct care staff in a residential setting preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state/federal care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day home operations across shifts.
• Schedule, train, and supervise direct care workers.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and safety policies.
• Monitor incidents, document findings, and report to Program Specialist.
• Manage inventories, menus, and budgets as needed.
• Lead fire drills and staff trainings; participate in committees.
