Verland is hiring a Residential Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential homes, supervise direct care staff, and ensure regulatory compliance. This on-call, salaried exempt role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of residential care practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able/willing to be on-call 24/7.
• High school diploma or GED required; Education degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of residential practices and IDD understanding.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Certified in First Aid and CPR; state clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the home and documents activities across shifts.
• Plans, organizes, and directs house operations; reinforces care hierarchy.
• Supervises staff and ensures implementation of programs.
• Monitors staff performance and reports findings to appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures safety and well-being of individuals and compliance with regulations.
• Maintains accurate incident reporting and required documentation.
