Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated residential support supervisor in the United States to implement person-centered plans and lead staff on multiple shifts. You will observe, train, and document care while ensuring timely plan updates and on-site coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day settings (2+ years).
• Driver's license valid in USA (required).
