Monarch-DSM is seeking a Residential Team Leader to supervise staff and support individuals in residential and community settings. The role focuses on guiding program staff to deliver person-centered services that improve quality of life for those served.

The position requires a Bachelor degree and relevant experience in human services, with driving/travel possibly required. Evening and on-call responsibilities may apply as part of the schedule.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree required, dependent upon experience.
• Qualified Professional (QP) – Monarch-DSM qualification referenced.
• Experience overseeing daily operations of residential programs.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Mansioni

• Provide supervision and guidance to staff and individuals supported to enhance quality of life.
• Develop and monitor person-centered plans with the team.
• Coordinate services using community resources where possible.
• Maintain records and documentation in the EHR/medical record.
• Ensure staff are trained on plans and program components.
• Handle hiring, discipline, and performance processes in collaboration with management.
• Respond to incidents following agency policies and ensure safety.
