IGHL Inc is seeking an Assistant Residence Manager to support the Residential Manager in overseeing daily operations of the residence. The role involves acting in the manager's absence, ensuring quality care for residents, and maintaining a high level of staff supervision.

Ideal candidates will have experience with DD populations, valid certifications, and the ability to handle emergencies effectively. The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to lift heavy objects regularly.

Qualifications

• Two years experience working with the DD population.
• Complete and maintain AMAP, SCIP, Adult CPR certifications.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Manager with daily operations.
• Provide 24 hour on-call responsibility.
• Ensure adequate staffing is maintained.
