Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year direct care experience or equivalent education paths.
• Direct care experience with individuals with disabilities or adults 65+.
• Education/training alternatives with supervised direct care experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Direct care: provide hands-on support and monitoring.
• Oversee residential homes serving 4+ individuals with meals and supplies.
• Coordinate care to achieve person-centered outcomes and safety.
• Supervise direct support professionals with training and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with 245D requirements and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with behavioral analysts, therapists, and medical staff.
• Manage budgets, documentation, and communications with agencies.
• Provide 16 hours of hands-on support plus additional hours as needed.
