Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator to oversee program management for homes serving individuals with disabilities. You will ensure health and wellness, advocate independence, and monitor medications as prescribed.

You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, handle accounts payable and payroll, manage petty cash and budgets, and cultivate relationships with counties and community groups. Monday–Friday hours with on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services with 1 year FT direct care experience for disabilities or 65+; OR

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management for homes serving individuals with disabilities and ensure health, wellness, and safety.
