Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Designated Coordinator to oversee program management for homes serving individuals with disabilities. This full-time, on-site role in Minnesota focuses on ensuring health, safety, and independence through strong relationship building.

You will monitor medications, maintain client plans and financial records, and supervise staff while engaging with counties, families, and community groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus one year direct care experience or equivalent combinations are required.
• Alternative degree routes with two or three years of direct care experience are accepted.
• Minimum 50 hours of related training with four years of direct care experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Provide guidance, support, and safety through relationship building.
• Monitor medication administration and maintain plans and records.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and manage relationships with counties and families.
