Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for River Bridge SRTF in Eugene, Oregon. The role focuses on personal care, environmental support, and limited group activities, under an evidence-based curriculum.

You will administer prescribed medications, document on medical charts, transport clients as needed, and maintain compliance with productivity standards. Training provides CEUs and paid supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience.
• Must pass background check and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide support per individualized treatment plan.
• Administer medications following physician orders.
• Assist with personal care and environmental interventions.
• Transport clients to and from the program.
• Document services and maintain charts.
