Job summary

Columbia Care Services in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Residential Care Associate I to join our team at the Columbia Rose RTF. The role provides caring companionship, assists with daily living activities, and delivers personal care services to adults with mental illness.

Under RN supervision, you will pass medications, assist with meals, transport clients, and document services to meet productivity standards. Our training program offers CEUs and paid supervision to build on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
• Willingness to pass medications under RN supervision
• Ability to transport clients and assist with daily living activities

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing
• Pass medications under RN supervision and document services
• Transport clients to engage in treatment services and maintain records
