ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. You will support residents per their treatment plan, focusing on personal care, environmental interventions, and group activities.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following physician orders, documenting on charts, and transporting clients as needed. The role operates under AFSCME, with wages and benefits set by the bargaining agreement.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science: Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development, or related field.
• OR minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and follow physicians' orders.
• Document on medical charts and count sheets according to established procedures.
• Transport clients to and from the program as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation.
