ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II in Eugene, Oregon, to support residents per individualized treatment plans with a focus on personal care and group activities. The role includes medication administration and transportation to program activities, under the AFSCME bargaining unit guidelines.

Must be eligible for QMHA registration (MHACBO) with either a Behavioral Science degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field and/or 3+ years of verifiable behavioral health experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plan.
• Administer prescribed medications and document accordingly.
• Transport clients to engage in treatment services and maintain documentation.
