ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for Columbia Rose RTF in Portland, OR. You will provide companionship, assist with activities of daily living, and support medication delivery under supervision.

The role includes meal prep, transportation, and documenting services while maintaining safety and quality of care. Training is provided, and the position operates Friday through Monday evenings as a swing shift.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Dedication to the wellbeing of each resident and helping them complete ADLs/IADLs.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and daily living assistance.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food purchasing.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical care.
• Transport clients to engage in treatment services and document services daily.
