Zusammenfassung

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for the River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon. The role focuses on personal care, environmental interventions, and limited group activities, under an approved evidence-based curriculum.

You will administer medications, document care, and transport clients as needed, while adhering to agency policies and QA standards. This is a part-time, swing shift opportunity under the AFSCME bargaining unit.

Qualifikationen

• Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Associate registration through MHACBO; eligibility requires one of the following: a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Human Development or related field); OR minimum three years of verifiable behavioral health experience in a supervised setting; OR an equivalent combination of behavioral science education and satisfactory supplemental behavioral health experience and training.
• Must register as a QMHA - R through MHACBO during the first week of employment.
• Driving is an essential function; must provide a valid driver’s license from residence state or obtain one within 30 days, maintain a safe driving record, and pass a DHS background check.
• Must be able to lift and transfer clients and perform physical tasks as applicable; ability to talk, listen, use hands, bend, stoop, climb stairs.
• OAR 309-035-0135 requires Direct Care staff to be 18 or older at time of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan with focus on personal care, environmental intervention, and limited group social/recreational activities.
• Administer prescribed medications, follow physician orders, document on medical charts and count sheets, and assist clients with self-administration within policy.
• Transport clients to and from the program to engage in treatment services.
• Maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation.
