Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Care Associate II at Manzanita Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. You will support residents per treatment plans, assist with personal care, and help implement group activities in a secure setting.

In this role you will administer medications, document care, and transport clients as needed. The position offers a part-time, swing schedule and benefits under the AFSCME bargaining unit.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Must register as QMHA - R during first week of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans with focus on personal care and environmental interventions.
• Administer prescribed medications and follow physician orders.
• Transport clients to and from the program and assist with treatment services.
• Maintain productivity standards for documentation of services.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science

Three years of verifiable behavioral health experience

Equivalent combination of behavioral science education and related experience
