ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate II for the Manzanita Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. This role focuses on personal care, environmental intervention, and group activities per an evidence-based curriculum, with responsibilities including medication administration and charting.

The position requires QMHA registration eligibility (MHACBO) within the first week, a valid driver’s license, background check, and ability to meet physical demands.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO.
• Eligibility requires one of: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science; 3 years of verifiable behavioral health experience; or equivalent combination of education and training.
• Will be required to register as QMHA-R during the first week of employment.
• Driving is required; valid driver’s license and background check.
• Physical demands include frequent talking, standing, lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individualized treatment plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed.
• Maintain productivity in documentation of services.
