Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is hiring a Residential Care Associate II for Madrone Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. You will support residents with personal care, follow an evidence-based group curriculum, and assist with medications under physician orders.

You will also transport clients and document services to meet program guidelines. Compensation includes base wage plus program differentials, with a strong benefits package and a commitment to professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration.
• 1 of 3 criteria: Bachelor's in Behavioral Science or three years of verifiable behavioral health experience or equivalent combination.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and follow physician orders.
• Provide personal care supports and environmental interventions.
• Transport clients to engage in treatment and maintain documentation in medical charts.
