Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO).
• Must be 18 years or older per state regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and document on medical charts and count sheets.
• Provide personal care supports and environmental interventions per the treatment plan.
• Transport clients to and from the program to engage in treatment services.
• Maintain compliance with established productivity standards for documentation.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science

Three years of verifiable behavioral health experience
