Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services in Medford, Oregon is seeking a part-time Residential Care Associate I to provide caring companionship and assistance with daily activities for adults experiencing mental health challenges. You will assist with personal care, meals, and transportation under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to support that resident’s independence and wellbeing.

The role offers a 2:00pm–10:30pm Friday through Monday schedule, with wage range $21.42 to $22.07 per hour and several pay

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Provide personal care services to support ADLs/IADLs and independence.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing; encourage client participation.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and perform delegated medical care as prescribed.
• Transport clients to and from the program to engage in treatment services.
• Maintain documentation in line with productivity standards.
