Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a part-time Residential Care Associate II for the McKenzie Ridge SRTF in Junction City, Oregon. You will support residents per their treatment plans, administer medications, and document care while transporting clients to engage in services.

Role falls under AFSCME bargaining and requires QMHA eligibility, a behavioral science degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license. Training and safety are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for QMHA registration through MHACBO (Oregon).
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field or equivalent behavioral health experience.
• Ability to possess/obtain a valid driver’s license and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents per individualized treatment plan focusing on personal care and environment.
• Administer prescribed medications and document on charts and count sheets.
• Transport clients as needed and maintain productivity in documentation.
