• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Dedication to resident wellbeing and ADL/IADL support.
• Willingness to pass medications under RN supervision and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food shopping while encouraging participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and deliver delegated medical care as prescribed.
• Transport residents to activities and appointments as needed.
• Document services in accordance with productivity standards.
