ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Care Associate I for the Columbia Rose RTF in Portland, Oregon. You will provide caring companionship and assist with daily tasks to clients, under RN guidance, including medication administration and transport as needed.

Qualifications

• Caregiving or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to transport clients and assist with daily living activities.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with activities of daily living.
• DHS background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and support daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleanup, and food purchasing; encourage client participation.
• Pass medications under the guidance of a Registered Nurse and document services.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed for treatment services.
• Maintain compliance with productivity standards for documentation of services.
