ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a part-time Residential Care Associate I in Springfield, Oregon. The role involves providing caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to adults living with mental illness, under RN guidance, including meal prep, medication assistance, and transportation when needed.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living and maintain client safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services and support daily living activities.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and transportation as needed.
• Pass medications under RN guidance and document services per policy.
• Maintain productivity and accurate documentation of services.
