Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for the Columbia Rose treatment facility in Portland, Oregon. The role provides caregiving, personal care, and daily living support to adults with mental illness, under RN supervision.

You will assist with meals, transport clients, and help maintain treatment schedules, documenting services to meet productivity standards. A driver’s license is required, and DPS background checks are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Commitment to residents’ wellbeing and ADL/IADL support.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing; encourage resident participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the PCP.
• Transport clients to and from the program for treatment services; document services per productivity standards.
