Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services seeks a Residential Care Associate I for Twin Pines RTF in Central Point, OR. The role provides companionship, daily living support, and personal care to adults with mental health needs, under RN guidance.

You will assist with meals, transport, and activity participation to help residents maintain independence. The position operates Tue–Sat, 2:00pm–10:30pm, full-time, with a focus on safety, documentation, and adherence to program policies under the AFSCME bargaining

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred
• Commitment to resident wellbeing and supporting ADLs/IADLs

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to residents
• Assist with meal prep, cleanup, and shopping as needed
• Pass medications under RN supervision and support treatment services
• Transport residents to program activities as required
• Maintain documentation of services per productivity standards
