Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years of experience (Entry Level).
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Knowledge of ladder and hand/power tools.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Good time management and organization.
• Team player, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises per standards.
• Record and ensure RF/signal levels meet specs to avoid rework.
• Maintain clear communication with leadership/dispatch for productive routing, safety and metrics.
• Educate customers on products/services and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned.
