The role enforces house rules and operational procedures to maintain a secure environment. The position requires a high school diploma and at least one year of residential facility experience, plus CPR/First Aid and fire safety certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a residential facility preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new Residential Aides on security protocols.
• Monitor residents and enforce policies.
• Coordinate emergency responses and fire drills.
• Document incidents and maintain logs of activities.
• Assist clients with questions and concerns.
• Perform hourly rounds and safety checks.
