Qualifications

• NY State Security Guard License with 8‑hour and 16‑hour certificates.
• New York State Fire Guard License strongly preferred.

• Candidate must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Mollows rounds, conducts unit inspections, and reports issues to Senior Residential Aide.
• Welcomes new families and conducts preliminary intake and orientation.
• Maintains daily logs and census, school attendance, visitor and resident sign‑in sheets.
• Responds to emergencies and follows fire safety procedures; supports staff.
