Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency; in lieu of education, must have two years of related experience.
Minimum two years of experience working in a residential facility.
Experience working with dual-diagnosed individuals, mental health, and substance abuse issues is preferred.
Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, visitors, and property.
Control access at the main entrance by screening all clients and visitors entering the building.
Perform regular and frequent foot patrols of the entire facility.
Respond to incidents and document all situations.
Complete logs, incident reports, and all required documentation.
