Job summary

NAICA seeks a Residential Aide (Tier 1) in the New York City metropolitan area to support residents, monitor safety, and uphold shelter policies. This 35-hour, full-time role reports to the Operations Manager/Director of Operations and requires strong communication and boundary-setting skills.

Responsibilities include incident documentation, assisting with relocations or preparations of living spaces, and collaboration with on-site security.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingualism is preferred.
• Ability to establish professional boundaries and exercise good judgement.
