Zusammenfassung

Crossroads Turning Points is hiring a Residential Aide to support counseling staff in a residential setting. You will assist in maintaining a clean, organized unit, transport patients to appointments and groups, and monitor activities while documenting events during each shift.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First-Aid, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to communicate clearly. QMAP is preferred; agency training will be provided as needed.

Qualifikationen

• CPR and First-Aid certification is required or agency will cover training.
• QMAP certification is preferred but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability; basic computer skills needed.

Aufgaben

• Assist in maintaining the unit in an organized, clean, and efficient manner.
• Transport patients to appointments, support groups, and related activities.
• Ensure security of the unit by following policy and procedures.
• Report child abuse or neglect to supervisor when applicable.
• Monitor patient activities and document events during shifts.
• Report patient infractions or concerns to counselors or supervisors.
